【波爾多】Chateau Marquis de Mons 1999

Chateau Tours de Mons的二軍，目前已適飲，但尚有陳年空間。香氣有著黑莓果味與些許花香，口感上可以感受到以Cabernet Sauvignon為主的風格，以黑莓果味及些許衫木及土壤氣息，口感上偏酸，酒質在細膩度有所不足，酒風較不類似Margaux區的柔媚風格，比較野一點，但極能刺激食慾，飲用時不知為何總讓我很想吃沙朗牛排。

Second wine from La Tour de Mons (cru bourgeois from Margaux), this wine has reached a good maturity. Elegant und smooth, the dark colour with red glints shows strong hints of black fruits, leather, pelt and some flavours of light candied cherries. The wine is fine, rich, with a good Margaux character. Best with a leg of lamb or game, in this beautiful vintage (small quantities available).

這知我是在酒瓶子買的。個人感覺滿易入口的。
黑苺味確實濃。但我到覺得算是清淡。沒有多餘的
複雜風格。滿乾淨的。口中回涌的葡萄味還不錯。
一軍令人期待。

2000的Chateau Marquis de Mons沒喝過，不過年份應該比1999黏好，其實可以去Google，會有一些資料的。
