Mannochmore 12yo 43% OB F&F

C: light yellow

20 N: honey tangerine peels, cream, a little powder, malty w/ some sour milk

21 T: light, juicy, sweet, pear, peach, ripe white fruit, ginger, some peppery and alittle spicy

20 F: short -> medium, some white fruit, new spirit, ginger, malty, peppers, hint of white chocolate at the end

20 B: balanced, spysider?

 

Mannochmore 1992 16yo 53.8% C#6600 234Bts Exclusive Malts

C: light yellow

22 N: ripe fruit, honey cake, some cherry, toffee, w/ some hint of coconut mint, splendid, sherry hogshead?

21 T: light, a little dry and spicy, very good impact and texture, tangerine juice, oaky, a little bitterness of wood cask at the end

22 F: short -> medium, citrus, cinnamons, peppers, some brown sugar at the end

21 B: good balanced, more ripe fruit, good layers, attractive, quite interested. A comfortable bottle

 

Mannochmore 1978/1996 60.3% Scott’s Selection

C: light yellow

21 N: refill? Puncheon? Some toffee, cherry, a little white chocolate, winery, plum, then some mill, cream

22 T: medium, a little spicy, 些許麵醬, dark chocolate, plum, good impact and texture, very oil and creamy

20 F: medium, more citrus, cocoa, soy oil,味霖, wet mill, but few variant at the end

20 B: balanced, another interested bottle, but not my typw

 

Mannochmore 1990 18yo 54.9% OB

C: gold

22 N: beautiful and sweet sherry, honey, toffee, a little coffee, some baked walnut, apple peels

22 T: medium, creamy, round and good impact, plum, a little dry and spicy, hint of mint, then some beautiful wood cask, peppers

22 F: long, vanilla, cream, plum, wood cask, latte, cappuccino, some nutmegs at the end

22 B: good balanced both for N & T, very different from previous bottle! I like this one

 

Mannochmore 18yo 66% OB Manager’s Dram

C: light amber

21 N: honey, toffee, mozzarella cheese, very beautiful flora, apple, some hint of peat?

21 T: medium, good impact, round and a little dry, very oil, some ginger, nutmegs, cream, vanilla, high ALC, still peppery

22 F: long, dry orange peels, toffee but not sweet, some new motor oil, and powder at the end

22 B: good balanced, good bottle except the high ALC, it’s worthy to take more time, apricot, chocolate, coffee bean, still variant and active

 

Mannochmore 1974/1997 22yo 60.1% B#2903 Rare Malts

C: light yellow

21 N: tangerine juice, some vanilla, ginger, fresh cream, a little almond, apple

20 T: light -> medium, honey, vanilla, ginger, tangerine peels, juicy, easy to drink, hint of mint and peppers

19 F: short, tangerine juice, peppers, nutmegs, a little honey apple, few variant at the end

19 B: some how, drinkable, not any expectation, languor, no extension at all

 

Mannochmore 1977/2006 28yo 59.7% B#21/269 Hogshead C#95/63/16 Sigv

C: yellow

20 N: fresh prune, green apple peels, some powder white flowers

20 T: medium, very spicy and dry, good impact, creamy, ginger, vanilla, very oil

21 F: medium, ginger, vanilla, more powder and flora flavors at the end

20 B: balanced, better for nosing, flat, but too excited ALC at the end
