1.Old Pulteney 12yo 40% OB

C: yellow

20 N: fresh cream, vanilla, green apple peal, figs, then a little fresh prune

19 T: light, some cream, ginger, spices, apple peal, Indian corn, a little bitter at the end

20 F: short->medium, ice cream soda, fresh cream, ginger, and some white fruits, grassy at the end

20 B: balanced, good for tasting, some kind of Ale beer, easy to drink, no stress

 

2.Old Pulteney 17yo 46% OB

C: yellow, light amber

21 N: some light tropical fruits, toffee, figs, followed by some cream, vanilla, mozzarella cheese, then a little plum, orange peal

20 T: medium, tangerine juice, some oak, ginger, spices. And a little bitter of fruit peals at the end

20 F: medium, some prune juice, shaddock peal, orange, ginger, cream, 尾韻如金萱茶般的奶味

20 B: balanced, good texture, very drinkable.

 

3.Old Pulteney 1983 21yo 46% OB

C: yellow gold

22 N: Creamy, honey, tropical fruits, pine apple, deep and elegant. Followed by some tangerine, prune, pine nut, and some almond, nutmegs at the end

21 T: medium, round and smooth, cream, tangerine juice, spices, salvia,

21 F: medium-> long, tangerine, apricot, nutmegs, ginger, baked nuts

21 B: good balanced, both for N & T, more complexes, enjoyable
