前幾天才剛 quote 完 da Vinci, 昨晚就夢見妳


不知道是否正如達文西所說,

"夢裡看見的事物, 比現實生活中所幻想的事物真實"

反正, 夢裡的妳, 又再次的離開我, 這, 也已經不是一次兩次的事

這次, 我心並不搖擺, 況且, 這個事實也早與我無關

妳要來就來, 想走就走. 妳有自己的天空, 可以做自己的決定, 我不妨礙妳

我要專心的, 是對自己的啓許, 自己的目標

以自己的力量, 爬回自己曾到過的小山頂



實在沒必要在這裡告訴妳我對未來的計畫, 不過, 發表出來, 妳讀讀看看也好

反正我寫出來, 說給人聽, 抑或自己一個人對著電腦說話, 也比較讓我能 internalize 我的 thoughts

這對我目標的實踐 多少都有好處


我在 Nevada State 成立的投資公司, 叫做 Progressive Real Estate Investment Group

我的目標, 是在 Las Vegas 買 5 間銀行法拍屋

時間是在我九月回台灣前, complete all acquisitions

之後, 由 Ricki 去操手, 把這些房子裝修好, 並出租出去


我要做的事情, 大致如下:

> Complete company structure: Operating Agreement; Disclosure Agreement
> Set up US enterprise bank account
> Notify Realtors for MLS listings
> Notify Foreclosure agents for auction properties
> Pre-approval on mortgage
> Raising $300,000 USD
> Interview property manager
> Interview renovation crew
> Rental of properties
> Accountant / tax implication configured
> Canadian lawyers / BCSC exemption configured
> Plan Las Vegas trips to view potential acquisitions


很多事要做, 時間不多, 還得幫媽整理, 油漆, 並賣出 63 街的房子

A lot going on. I’m not confident if I will complete my goal

But one thing I know for sure - if I don’t at least try, I will never stand a chance to get near it.


I want to get at least somewhere near it. Wish me luck.
