最近都在忙 apartment 的事情
很少時間能夠 update

現在好多了
I’ve finished painting the interior of the suite

客廳/hall way 的牆壁我選了一個淡淡的 greenish/yellow colour,
Benjamin Moore colour - Sea Spray
看起來很 sophisticated, 顏色很清爽, 很好看

baseboard, fireplace, 和 trim 我搭配白色帶一點 cream tint 的顏色
叫做 ”Cotton Balls”
配上 Sea Spray 很棒喔

地毯我就不換了, it still looks good, and it actually matches the paint

室內的顏色叫做 Shaker Beige
是一個淺 mocha 的 colour
一樣配上 ”Cotton Balls” 和深褐色的地毯
it looks fabulous

不過, 工程也是遇到了一點點 obstacles
就是浴室和廚房的地磚我要改,
dishwasher/microwave installation 沒那麼容易
而且我找不太到 contractors 能馬上 do the work

我打算用深咖啡色 earth tone 的大理石地磚
可能也把 bathroom counter top 換掉

但是但是
contactors 一直 ditch 和我的 appointment
到現在我只有一個 quote 而已

anyway, 換完地磚之後
新的 washer/dryer 就要 go in 了
之後就是清洗地毯和 genearl cleaning
然後就是擺家具囉!

整個工程到目前為止還蠻順利的
雖然還是有一點點 hurdle
可是我會 get over it 的

另外, 直得一提的是,
我 w.4th 的隔壁鄰居明天就要將她的房子拿出來 open house 了
她的房間大小跟我的一模一樣, 只是一個 mirrored floor plan 而已
一樣是三樓, 一樣 facing west 4th, 妳猜她要賣多少?

34萬8千! hehe

我只花29萬就買到我的了
looks like I’ll be in for some profits on this one,

Not bad at all!

而且我還在找我的下一個 deal 喔!
