今天是個好天
surely I woke up behind schedule
but I got so much done today!

一大早起來 就忙著看 properties
好多好多 open house 我打了一早上的電話來 schedule them

結果 I saw 6 today, and 2 of them looked really promising!

我今天看的是 Kitsilano, my favorite turf in College Pro

Kits 的價位還不算貴 我找到兩個 are priced under market value
$420/sq ft, this price is definitely lucrative

Downtown 的 apartments 現在都幾乎 $550-$600/sq ft
$420 真的很便宜

I’m making offers on 2 properties by tuesday

1) 289,000, 661 sq ft, w.4th near Alma (4 blocks to Spanish banks)
2) 349,000, 798 sq ft, w.7th near Arbutas (3 blocks to the popular w.4th
and couple blocks from the beach

更重要的是
they’re all below market price


Kits 的 market price 大概是 $480-$520/sq ft

我有很大的機會 making a profit

今天是和 Mike Dahlman 去看 properties 的
I think I got him all fired up about looking at properties too

也許 he will invest in me, we’ll see :)

之後和 Mike 去 Gym, worked on my arms
they’re getting bigger....for you to touch when u’re in town

then we came to my house to watch the hockey game
Canucks won playoff over time 2-1 over Dallas Stars

真好

with a productive day like this, I feel real positive about myself.
