1.Stark-Conde Cab. Sauv. Unfined and unfiltered 14,5% 2006 Stellenbosch

23 C: deep purple red, violet

23 N: cream, black pear, black currant, followed by some violet, blue berry, rich berry fruits, then some new oak, liquorices, coffee bean

22 T: 微酸, 單寧柔順適中, medium body, 架構紮實,black currant, dark chocolate, some tobacco, black coffee, good texture

21 F: 香氣綿長,支撐性佳,black pear, black currant,石墨,berries,唯口感變化稍嫌不足,且帶些許酒精味. 已至適飲期,但應仍可存放2~3年,適合搭配口味較重的食物,如pizza,或燒烤類食物

 

2.Neil Ellis Cab. Sauv. 14% 2005 Stellenbosch

23 C: deep purple red, violet

23 N: cream, apple, black pear, black currant, followed by some violet,桑椹,榅悖,blue berry and very matured fruit. Then a little tobacco and liquorices, w/ a little動物麝香, oak at the end.

 22 T: 微酸,單寧豐富柔順, medium->full body, 唯有些許明顯酒精味. black currant, blue berry, some obviously liquorices, tobacco. But still w/ good texture

21 F: 香氣綿長,支撐性佳,香氣及酒體成熟. Black currant, blue berry,蜜棗, pencil, pepper, liquorices, plum and earthy.後酸度增加餘韻變化稍嫌不足.,且帶些許酒精味.已至高峰期,適合搭配燒烤牛肉,羊排等食物. 建議開瓶後3hrs內飲用完畢.

 

PS. Stellenbosch產區在05’06’的品質不錯,這兩家具代表性的酒廠表現也不令人失望,C/P值頗高,伯仲之間,都值得推薦!!
