24 year old, born 1984, Libra

very young and ambitious, very smart, very sharp. Lots of investment in stock. Great stock trader. buy and sell short and long. Knows lots of strategies.

Comes from a good family. Father is in electronics field. He’s a double E engineer from UBC. great potential to go down Silicon Valley to learn new things. Very ambitious, wanting to create his own company in the future.

Wants to learn about real estate investment from me. Want to invest with me on my Winnipeg project. He will be a good guy to keep in contact with. Asked him to invest $100,000 and he said that’s not a problem. Very cool.

His girlfriend, who’s in banking, is also an avid investor. The two of them park their money away in stocks. She also has $50,000 to spend as well.

Let me try to get the Winnipeg thing going. I wanna make money buying real estate.
