讓我給妳一些我的 updates 吧

所以 my second property is finally going through
昨天忙了一天, 就為了這個 property 的事情
apparently there was a mis-communication btw the banker and the lawyer
雙方搞錯我要如何來 finance 這間房子
lawyer 以為我要 pay cash, 但是 bankers 知道我要 refinance
兩種 transaction 的 requiring documents 很不一樣
refinancing 甚至還有更多的 registration 要搞定
well, anyhow, 我學到了一課
今天就是 closing, 星期天 possession
真不賴

就像我告訴過妳的
今年我們要 selling 我們的 883
最近閒的時間幾乎都在整理家裡
so much garbage to toss out
so much renovation to be done too

我想要 fix up 我們家很久了,
I need to:

> install new fences
> put up walls & ceilings in the garage
> landscape backyard, plant flowers and clip the Japanese maple out front
> fix up basement and laundry room
> remodel kitchen cabinets/washrooms
> paint the entire interior of the house
> paint front and back side of the house/garage
> pressure wash brick walkway and put in more plants
> adding a nice touch of new furniture/decorative items

Well...that’s oughta improve the value of our property
今天打電話給 fencing contractors 來 schedule estimates
待會還要 call 我的 architect & designer 來 talk about designing

當然
我還有 my own property that needs work on

今年暑假 will be a great opportunity to learn more about real estate
and of course to make lots of CA$H
