此曲為Bob Dylan所作，收錄在他1976的專輯《Desire》中。

歌曲為講述一個男子要離開吉普賽女人進入「Valley Below」的故事。一些樂評認為這首歌是Dylan與當時的妻子Sara Lowndes破裂關係的隱喻，但激發此曲的靈感卻是來自於Dylan在他34歲生日時，參加法國Saintes-Maries-de ( 聖瑪麗德 )當地吉普賽人的一個慶祝活動。
