20 N: apple peer, cream pie, a little ginger, obviously fresh prune, some fragrance after added some water

20 T: light, ginger, spicy and dry, oil, some apricot and bitterness at the middle of tongue

20 F: short, ginger, lemon ice, and fresh cream

19 B: somehow, too young, few complexes

C: light yellow

20 N: light lemon ice, spices,鼠尾草, few complexes,或許是從倒酒到喝的時間有點長,香氣有些跑掉了

19 T: light , a little dry and spicy, ginger, lemon peer

18 F: short, thin wood cask

18 B: degraded too fast, should drink it again to give it a chance

21 F: medium, fragrance, some wood cask, ginger, a little cherry pie at the end

20 B: balanced, very easy to drink,

22 N: fresh cream, cherry, apple peer, pineapple juice, very juicy, then some violet, elegant white flowers, clean w/ good layers

21 T: light->medium, clean, a little toffee, some lemon tea, very oil

22 F: medium, ginger, flower tea, cherry, more violet, flowers, a little powder at the end

21 B: good balanced both for N & T. good extension, should be tonight’s No.1

C: light yellow

21 N: wet paper, fish oil,鱈魚香絲, then some ham, rum and fresh water peer

20 T: medium, ginger, a little spicy and dry, good impact, oil

21 F: medium, a little fish oil, fresh rum, baked toast, ginger

20 B: balanced, few complexes, a very soft dram

C: light yellow

20 N: a little soy oil,豆漿味, then some white flowers, coconut

20 T: medium, a little spicy, bitter,豆腐, milk like?

19 F: short, sour milk, cheese

20 B: balanced, but few complexes at the end

23 N: some rose, violet, deep and elegant, then toffee, cream, almond,些許八仙果

21 T: full, some caramel, melon peer, orange peer, toffee, some black pepper onion soup, liquorices. Good variant

21 F: medium, more beautiful flowers, light toffee, a little coffee bean, more complexes and good extension

20 B: balanced. Better for nosing, thin wood cask for tasting at the end, what a pity

 

Dailuiane 25yo 56.5% SMWS 41.37

C: light yellow

22 N: honey, toffee, vanilla, fresh cream, some lime ice cream, then some almond, apricot

22 T: full, dry and good impact, a little orange peer, toffee, lemon cake, very oil

21 F: medium->long, toffee, vanilla, apricot, good extension

21 B: good balanced both for N & T. One nice old bottle, enjoyable!
