Embarassing moment

According to my air ticket, I should be in the cabin drinking and having relaxing time.
But I am still in Taipei airport waiting to fly, and paid 100 NT to use the website for one hour.
Seems all the coincidences happened in the movies came on me;
First, I bought the electronic ticket by net, but the self check-in machine didn’t accept it,
Then the lady said to another woman, passed my boarding pass and passport to her, said” Random one, please go there” So, I turned to the other young girl asking why and where I am going, etc, etc.
Finished it, I go upstairs, entered the gate, and being stopped on the front of checking desk, too many people.
waiting for 20 min, passed. I went to the special guest room to use the computer and have one coffee. Rushing out when time is edged, but ran to the wrong direction, so one min after the door closed. I couldn’t get on the plane.
One gentleman accompanied me back to the office, passing the gates and signed and checked, went into the NW office, they tried to arrange me to another plane. Finally I got the ticket: To Nagoya, not Osaka!
What can I say, thank them again and again, then go upstairs again to check how can I take JR to Himeji from Nagoya airport.
If Steven read this, he must annoyed by it, but what can he do, accept it.
That’s his wife, that’s her doing.
What a embarrassing day...
