Dear Prof. Takahiro,

I am a loyal reader of your many papers and books.

I like to point out my possible of slip of your pen in the co-edited
book "Toyota System no Genten", I read the Chinese (Taiwan edition*) and
I think the Japanese publisher of Scale and Scope is wrong. That is,
the publisher is not 東洋経済新報社出版部, but ’有斐閣’.
