I did the same cleaning & making bed jobs. I did faster today becasue there not much bed need to be stripped, only remade. I finished all the housekeeping work at 1:00.
Then, i had 1 hr to have lunch, and started the bar work at 2:00. The bar work....it’s a disaster to me!!
First, i can’t understand wt all the customer said. The all r old aus ppl with very very strong ascent!! Secondly, there r too many brands of beer & wine! different brands with diff tastes and cost differently!
Even i understand the kind of beer or wine the customer wants, i need to classify the beer as heavy, light or premium, and at the same time, know the price of the beer. Hey!!!it’s extremely difficult!!
The brands are totally diff fr hk. In hk, there r not many brands, but in aus......at least 20 types of beer & 11 types of wine sold in my hotel. But anyway, i learnt how to pour beer now~
I only worked for 3.5hr, but it’s alreadly too tiring to me! I felt so depressed after the job....wanna cry....
although all staff & customer dont mind (seem to be), and encourage me, said i would get used to it for a few more days.
But i felt i am so stupid, like a handicapped.....=_=
I was too sad, so i watched a few episodes of bbt. I felt much better after watching it~ bbt is my only entertainment here....make me laugh & happy~ Thx lollipop & bbt~
I had a mutton as my dinner. It tastes gd, but it’s too fat! I believe i will become fatter after doing this job, cos i have too many meals & pure milk products here!
