Here is the portal designed to use FS-2 imagery to cover Japan big quake.

Bandwidth is not big, relying on tarnet.  

All imageries are not accurately geo-referenced, just a quick fusion on level-2 image.
Will update imageries geo-referenced to Google Earth.
If you think it usable, please tell others.
If you happen to know someone from ISP, please tell him we need help.
If you consider the image refreshing too slow, please get yourself a cup of coffee.
