近期閱讀的溫柔小書

本來覺得是一本很沉重的小書，但讀到螺旋又哭了起來，原來男女之愛這麼偉大，像：「畢竟我們一起看了好多事物，吃了好多東西，因此對我而言這世界的任何風景裡面都可以看到你的影子：從我們面前推過剛出生的嬰兒，河豚生魚片底下透出的碟子圖案，夏夜的煙火，月亮躲到雲後時黃昏的海，桌子底下碰到對方的腳說聲對不起的時刻，別人體貼幫忙撿起東西跟對方說謝謝的時刻，看到離死期不遠的老人艱難走路的模樣，街上的狗或者貓，從高處俯看的景色，走出地下鐵月台熱熱的風輕拂臉上的時候，深夜裡電話作響的時候，還有喜歡上別的什麼人，在這個人的眉線上也必然看得到。」雖然平凡，卻簍刻心底；

BANANA YOSHIMOTO Profile

Born July 24th, 1964 in Tokyo. Blood type: A. Graduated from Nihon University, Division of arts, majored in literature. With her first work, "Kitchen" she won the 6th Kaien Newcomer Writers Prize in November, 1987 and then the 16th Izumi Kyoka Literary Prize in January, 1988. She was also awarded the 39th edition, Best Newcomer Artists Recommended by the Minister of Education in August, 1988 with "Kitchen" and "Utakata/Sankuchuari". In March 1989 "TUGUMI" was awarded the 2nd Yamamoto Shugoro Literary Prize. In November,1995 "Amurita" won the 5th Murasaki-shikibu Prize named after the authoress of the Story of Genji. Outside of Japan, she was awarded a few prizes in Italy; Literary Prize Scanno in June, 1993 and Fendissime Literary Prize in March,1996 and Literary Prize Maschera d' argento in November, 1999. In October, 2000 "Furin to nanbei" was awarded the 10th edition Bunkamura Deux Magots Literary Prize. Her works, including "Kitchen", are translated and published in more than 20 countries.
