120g Pre-mix ( corn-muffin mix)
180g Bread Flour
40g Sugar
160cc Milk WITH AN EGG YOLK
HONEY 1 TP
10g Butter
3g Dry Yeast
1tp Salt
Raw Chocolate (Like truffle)
Method:
1. Put all ingredients (except chocolate chips) into bread machine and choose "Dough" fuction
2. Take it out and divide into 10 pieces wait for 10 mins
3. Add in chocolate and roll it into stick shape
4. Let it rise to double size
5. Let it bake for 13 mins at 170C. Done!
