這是在英國百年大露營，DJ時期和同事學到的一首帶動跳。
英國人動作很少，一首歌可以跳個快十年，比方說瑪格蓮娜和YMCA，但人人都會跳，共鳴度很高，這和台灣童軍喜歡推陳出新的習慣，很不一樣。
有幾首大家都會跳的經典也很不錯，音樂一放不用帶動，就很容易自High了。
歐洲人的High功真的很了得，即便一點節奏感都沒有，依舊很敢秀。
