tips for using
Reserve one grinder for spices, and a second grinder fo coffee. spices and coffee both have big profiles, and you do not want to mingle their flavors.
Never fill the grinding chamber more than half hull.Plug in the grinder after you add the spices and secure the lid. Unplug the grinder before you remove the lid.
You can control the texture of the ground spice by how long you grind. A shorter time produces a coarse grind, and a longer time produces a fine grind.
It is easier and safer to measure the spices from the lid than from the grinder. To retrieve the ground spices. hold the lid closed, invert the grinder-the spices will fall into the lid-and lift away the grinder.
