我在台大瞄到昨日的{読売新聞}其中說到「第５８回読売文学賞」的▽【研究・翻訳賞】為：渡辺守章・訳 ロラン・バルト「ラシーヌ論」（みすず書房）。
On Racine by Roland Barthes (November 12, 1915 – March 25, 1980) was a French literary critic, literary and social theorist, philosopher, and semiotician. （Ra・cine ━━ n. ラシーヌ Jean Baptiste （1639-99） ((フランス古典悲劇の代表的劇作家)).）他的戲劇，大陸有翻譯本。
據說許多人認為這無法翻譯，不過這位渡辺守章教授可是不信邪，翻譯出來並得獎。（此屆小說獎從缺，可見這獎不隨便給。）

我到google去找，竟然是朝日的

review 作為「評論雑誌」，可以用Harvard Business Review 為例。
這雜誌（月刊，簡稱為HBR），台灣和中國各有中文版--這HBR 創刊於1922年。2001年才從雙月刊改為月刊。

中國大陸目前執行的巧克力行業標準，要求巧克力中可可脂占的比例不低於18％，非可可脂的脂肪含量不超過5%。
食品法典委員會（CAC）標準規定可可脂占的比例不低於18％。

比利時的Leonidas。比利時是公認巧克力造得最好的國家。Leonidas巧克力，以百分百可可油製造，可可油味道香濃，不含化學物，入口香軟滑溜。

比利時的Neuhaus。 創立於西元1857年的Neuhaus巧克力，即將在2006年屆滿150年。除了是歷史最悠久的巧克力品牌之外，也是比利時皇室御用的品牌，同時更是夾心巧克力(Praline，即含有果仁或榛果蓉等不同內餡的巧克力)的創始者!由於對產品要求高品質及天然成分，所以Neuhaus巧克力製造過程中不添加任何的防腐劑及其他人工原料，口感滑順細膩，同時也可以感受到每款巧克力的不同風味。

比利時的Godiva。Godiva是比利時王室御用巧克力品牌之一。大部分巧克力以人手製作，唧花點綴。Godiva巧克力普遍比較甜，濃郁的可可味，滲著甘苦的餘香，口感細滑。與芸芸歐洲巧克力名牌相比，Godiva比較時麾，經常推出時令款式。

「雀巢公司準備出售兩個巧克力工廠
世界最大的食品公司集團－雀巢公司準備把位於義大利和法國的兩個巧克力工廠出售給可哥加工企業百樂嘉利寶公司。雀巢公司表示，停止可哥和其他原料的加工生產是雀巢的戰略決策。但這筆交易還需獲得反卡特爾局的批准。」
為什麼需要壟斷管制單位批准？
因為下面是世界6大廠商Large volume chocolate makers，現在Cadbury (UK) 要買Nestlé (Switzerland) ，當然要管。其他大量販賣廠商為：Ferrero SpA (Italy) ；Hershey`s (U.S.) ；Kraft Foods (Milka, Suchard, Toblerone, Côte d`Or, Terry`s) and others (U.S.) ；Mars Incorporated (M&M`s, Galaxy, Snickers, Dove) and others (U.S.)


美國的Hershey`s是美國最具代表性的本土巧克力製造商之一，同時是美國最大的巧克力製造商，旗下產品種類十分豐富。Hershey`s總部位於美國賓夕法尼亞州。該公司還有開放的工廠供遊人參觀，每年都吸引很多遊客。
HC曾到該處一嘆（1989年--我們公司的工廠的同事住在附近）；約2004年從紐約時報知其「巧克力SPA」很風行。

二月十六日（週五）晚間10:00-11:00首播。

MIT 多翻譯成「麻省理工學院」，不過也有翻譯成「麻….科技研究所」（前言末段）

最恐怖的可能是內容，譬如說柬埔寨的POL POT變成越南的（頁14）。

我們看Rogue States（U.S. Policy 這篇網路上一找就到）第一段：

不過，現代人都將名人當英雄(A person noted for special achievement in a particular

25年前，Lee A. Iacocca 出書大賣，日本有些評論家說，這種和老東家（Ford）吵架的「叛徒」，如果在日本，根本無法公然「賣出」…..

約5-10年前，他來過台灣（可能與台塑汽車有關）。他忘記應像其他美國名人，撈百萬美元再走人
