Wide is the world and the sky above,
but no wider than a mother's love.


世界多廣？頂上的天空亦然，

可卻難較於更寬闊的母愛。


Deep is the sea too deep to sound,
but a mother's love is more profound.


海有多深？深到難以傳遞聲響，

可一份母愛，卻更加地深奧。


High are the heavens, bathed in blue,
but a mother's love is that high, too.


天有多高？徜徉在湛藍之中；

可一份母愛，卻更加地高昂。


We thank thee, God, so great and good,
for the depth and breath of Motherhood.

 
主呀，我們感謝祢！感謝祢如此地偉大與完美；

祇因祢賜予深奧的母愛的氣息。
