※再過幾天就是我的生日〈農曆〉，我已經忘記了到底有幾十年沒有做「慶祝生日」的慶生，因為我曾經說過：「我們臺灣人還在做異族人的奴隸，“生日”有什麼好慶祝的？是慶祝自己出生為“奴隸”而高興？還是慶祝些什麼？？？？」

「這一封信」：一番好意，惹禍上身，引來殺機
回到了我的租屋處，我和朋友談了一會兒，他回去了，兩天後，我忽然想到我曾經要求香港各大學生寫信給行政院長蔣經國的事，我自己怎麼能夠不寫！？因此我就提筆寫下了「這一封信」：
蔣院長勳鑒：
您好！首先向您請安！
玆因前幾天草民曾參加了「香港各大學生國事討論會」，原本草民以為是討論「香港的國事」，那知到了會場才知道是「左派」的學生所主辦的，但既來之則安之，看看到底說些什麼事！
他們邀請了一位中國廣東的醫生，在演講時說臺灣是「貪汙王國」，臺灣人民是吃「香蕉皮」長大的等侮辱性說詞，讓草民難以嚥下這一口氣，俗語說得好：「人不親土親、土不親水相連」，因此草民以臺灣人的身分，當場予以反駁回去。
不過在此，草民有幾點淺見和建議，敬祈採納，倘若政府和以往一樣，不要真正的改革和革新，還是如此因循苟且下去，那麼在臺灣的政府就算再十年、百年也絕對反不了攻，回不了大陸，因此我希望這些建議，敬請您務必徹底執行：
1、徹徹底底的查辦貪官汙吏：據說臺灣是世界上出了名的「貪汙王國」，而貪汙是國恥，拿人的手短，吃人的嘴軟，便宜了這些貪官汙吏，受害的卻是平民百姓和國家政府，所以請您務必徹底肅清「貪官汙吏」，國家才會興盛富強。
2、真正的建設臺灣，用標語、口號建設沒用：政府一再說：「建設臺灣、反攻大陸」「建設臺灣為復興基地」、「建設臺灣為三民主義的模範省」、、、在臺灣只有用這些標語、口號在建設外，老實說，草民看不出到底在建設些什麼？（作者按：這封信後隔一年年底，蔣經國才提出「十項大建設」）。
3、起用年輕人，不要分省籍：所有政府的公務員，要用年輕人，不要一直偏頗於中國來的人，不要分省籍，才德並重，一係儲備磨鍊，二為新陳代謝；臺灣本地年輕人，有很多優秀人才，政府何以不用？
4、臺灣省主席要用臺灣省的人：政府一再說中國共產黨專制極權，但據說他們的省長（等於臺灣省主席）都是當地人，而臺灣是民主自由的國家，但臺灣省主席竟然都不是臺灣人，為什麼？（作者按：直到今年才用謝東閔之後，以後皆是臺灣人當省主席。）
5、開放臺灣人民出國觀光做生意：臺灣的經濟不好，外匯存底少，為什麼不開放讓臺灣人出國做生意賺錢？草民是土生土長的臺灣人，對臺灣人很暸解，臺灣人什麼苦都能吃，就是不吃虧，因此開放臺灣人出國做生意，保證財源滾滾來臺灣，臺灣人民百姓也不必那麼苦，政府的經濟才會提昇。（作者按：直到一九七九年一月一日始開放，卻創造了臺灣經濟奇蹟。）
6、解除戒嚴、實行真正民主：草民在學校裡讀書時，政府說要分三個時期：
第一時期（六年）為「軍政時期」，也就是軍事戒嚴。
第二時期（也是六年）為「訓政時期」，加以訓練的意思。
第三時期為「憲政時期」，那麼政府來臺已經這麼久了，為什麼還在戒嚴？為什麼不進入憲政時期的憲政體制？五權憲法的五權分立很好啊，為什麼政府不確確實實的施行？草民看那些中央民意代表們，他們所代表的是「中國大陸共匪的民意」，並不是我們臺灣人的民意，何以不全面改選呢？請全面實行真正的民主憲政體制。
現在您做了行政院長，那麼下一任的總統非您莫屬，在此先預祝您

就這麼一封再平常不過的信，只因為愛臺灣，愛我臺灣人民，在香港寫「這一封信」給當時的臺灣行政院長蔣經國，關心臺灣政府，關心臺灣人民的未來又有何不對？
以如此的一封信，竟然會變成「叛亂犯」，假如蔣經國是叛亂分子的話，我寫此封信給他，受到牽連或許還說得通，但是，他卻是當時的行政院長，由人民寫信給行政院長竟會變成「叛亂犯」，這在任何國家都是說不通、講不過去的，只有中國的這種腐敗獨裁暴君才會如此的昏庸愚昧。
此信與孫文的「上李鴻章書」的結果，都是一樣的遭到當政者的迫害，致使孫文變成「江南三大盜之首」後，組革命黨，推翻清國滿清政府。而單打獨鬥的我，又能奈何他？、、、待續
