Garden State (26 feb 06)

haven’t watched any single film since last month, today I specially squeezed some time to watch a VCD - Garden State, directed, written and acted all by Zach Braff, & he got Natalie Portman as the leading actress, but don’t worry, it’s not another self-obsessed preacher like Woody Allen and then be in love with a pretty lady, it’s not at all that thing. in the contrast, this film is so sincere, it doesnt try to squeeze your tears but is as comfy as listening to some old friends’ conversation, tell you how to let go of something and move on... one more thing, i love every piece of music in this film. i wonder why Garden State isnt shown in hk cinema, what a shame.
