aerobics

Ⅰ
Recently, I felt tired easily. Maybe I should do some exercises to increase my physical strength. My cousin told me that she did aerobics and felt her physical strength became better now. So she suggested me trying this. I thought that was a good idea, too.



Ⅱ
This afternoon I had a date with H. I finally found a person who understood my loneliness when I had no companion in church. I knew she was an angel for me.



Ⅲ
P’s moving house on September 24. I will visit her when she invites me.
