Autobiography
My name is Chuang Wu Chien. I am from Taipei Municipal Hwa Chiang Senior High School. There are four members in my family, including my father, who is a businessman, my mother, who is a housewife, and my older sister, who is a student in NCCU. I have a really sweet family and I am very grateful for this.
Among all the subjects, I like English most. I have studied English since junior high school, so it’s been for almost six years. There are so many ways that I use to study English, such as Internet, magazines, books, newspapers, etc. By the way, I think chatting online is also a good way to learn English. I think it can improve the ways you think.
I am optimistic, so I always look at things on the bright side. My favorite sport is tennis. In addition, I often log on the web site such as ESPN to get the latest news.
To me, learning English is more like a game which is full of excitement. I like English, I hope through college education, I can keep improving my English; I also want to increase my knowledge of English language and English literature since I want to be an English teacher.
Why do I choose English Department of Chinese Culture University? I have known what I will study in the next four years, and I take great interest in. It will be my great desire to attend your department. By the way, I will take education credits a few years later, in order to be a qualified teacher. I am sure I can be a good English teacher.
