張凱貞一路自會外賽奮戰，會內賽首輪勝排名27的Kaia Kanepi，第二輪面對斯洛伐克強敵瑞芭莉可娃，首盤在關鍵第10局破發，6：4先下一城，可惜無法延續氣勢，後兩盤皆2：6敗北，美網之戰畫下句點。
