1.Dryer chimney corrosion problem
1) Dryer flue gas has strong corrosion, plus dryer dust collector outlet pipe and chimney are without thermal insulation, it is easily in the winter, the flue gas in the chimney appear condensation, and even chimney wall drip, exacerbating chimney corrosion (mainly water-soluble sulfate electrochemical corrosion).
2) In chimney making process, we generally brush secondary room temperature antirust paint; dryer flue gas temperature is at 60-150%; new chimney near anti-rust paint quickly produces bubble and fall off, the protective layer is damaged , speeding up the chimney corrosion.
2. Measures and effect
1) change round chimney into a rectangular chimney (in chimney replacement process, coiling machine fails, for safety and without affecting the production, we had to take a welding method), the four corners of the rectangle use 30mmx30mm angle iron for reinforcement, chimney pipe adopts flange connection.
2) Take rust treatment, use high temperature (400 C) anti-rust paint to brush 2 times. After the end of the on-site installation and welding, use anti-rust paint brush the welding place again.
