C7-Semi-Healthy People

Do you know what kind of person you are?

According to the survey of WHO, there are 75% people who are semi-healthy people.

What is “Semi-Healthy”?

Those people who always have back pain, feel discomfort and when they ask for help to the doctor, the physicians always reply them: “That’s alright, you are healthy. You just need to take a rest and drink more water.”

Those people who feel discomfort but the doctors say you’re alright. They are semi-healthy people.

In 2009, according to the survey of the top 10 causes of death in Taiwan. The top 2 causes of death are improper diet and obesity.

Is obesity a kind of disease? Obesity is not a disease, but obesity causes many chronic and acute diseases.

The thin people are not always healthy. But most of the fat guys are ill.

It’s related to the lifestyle and diet.

In the past, people ate less meat.

Now, people feast every day.

As we know: Meat and fish are acidic foods.

Acidic food and fat lead to cancers.

Our government even advocated us to eat 5 to 9 different kinds fruits and vegetable everyday. Why? Fruits and vegetables are the alkaline factors for our bodies. They could reduce the incidence of up cancer to 40%.

Let’s do some tests, you could test your families or friends after the speech.

Would you feel….

Neck stiffness   Anxiety  Short of Breath  Inattention.

Repeated inflammation  Slight movement to feel tired

Shoulder pain Panting and covered in sweat easily

Loss of appetite Migraine Dizziness Backache

Lower abdomen prominent  Forgetful

Poor excretion (how many times a day do you defecate?

(Once a day-----------------------------Mild constipation,

More than two days each time--- -Severe constipation

Numbness or tingling in hands and feet.

These items, if you had three or more symptoms, it means that you are acidic body. Congratulations, you’ll get the chronic civilized diseases soon.

Diabetes. Cardiovascular disease, Renal failure. Allergies. Hypertension. Obesity. Asthma. Cerebrovascular disease. Cancer. Bronchitis, Heart disease. Liver disease.

They are all chronic civilized diseases.

And …what are the Acidity factors?

We could do some simple tests.

1.      Do you go to bed before 10 pm every day?

2.      Do you eat 9 different kinds of fruits and vegetables?

3.      Do you do exercise regularly? (three times a week, 30minutes each time, and  the heartbeat above 130 times each )

4.      Are you happy everyday?

Actually, what is semi-healthy? It’s the acidicity human body. Why we creat the acidicity body? It is related to our lifestyle and diet.

The first line of defense for detoxification of the body is the digestion system.

Why would we get these diseases? The main point is because the first defense line-GI system is not working. Intestinal accumulate too much toxin, through the cell, blood, and bone marrow, go back to the intestinal tract. It makes us getting old and ill easily.

This is not my theory.

In 1908, the winner of the Nobel prize of medicine, ILYA ILYICH MECHNIKOV,

Mechnikov developed the theory that {aging is caused by toxic bacteria in the gut and that lactic acid could prolong life.}

There are only 23 million people in Taiwan, there are the most dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease. No wonder, it’s related to taking too much medicine.

There is another Doctor, Bieler. In his 55-year medical practice career, he believed that the disease can be cured through proper nutrition but not the drugs or medicine.

Drugs treatment is harmful, the surface symptoms were cured, but the side effects of the drug-induced often lead to new diseases.

  How to prevent to be the semi-healthy? How to make us to be a real healthy person? Eating the natural food is the most health way to prevent disease. What is natural food? Of course, I’ll share it with you next time!
