《A Chance》

Give youself a chance. Don’t start the morning with a sigh.
Turn that frown into a smile and have another try.
If it is raining, shrug your shoulder, grin an step along.
We cannot have sunshine all the way, so hum your favorite song.
Grumbling doesn’t alter facts or get you anywhere.
If you look on the black side,
life seems gloomy and unfair;
things are what you make them.
You can laugh, or you can cry.
Don’t complain when troubles come;
they are only passing by.

給自己一個機會。
別用嘆息來開始一天的生活。
將皺眉化為歡笑，並且再試一次。
如果下著雨，不妨聳聳肩，笑一笑，再往前踏出你的腳步。
因為不會一直有陽光，
所以哼支你最愛的歌吧！
怨天尤人不會改變事實，也不會讓你獲得什麼。
往黑暗面看，
人生是憂鬱而不公平的。
事情是你所造成的，
你可以大笑，或是大哭。
麻煩來時別抱怨，
終究是會過去的。


《Building again》

There is nothing to stop you from building again
