明（28）日清晨還會冷！三立氣象主播吳德榮指出，明日南方水氣消失，將會恢復為迎風面北海岸、東半部降雨，但雨也會越來越少，且因東北風減弱，氣溫會回升，但週三（29日）晚間又會有另一波東北風來襲，週四（30日）冷空氣來襲，將會影響到跨年的氣溫。
吳德榮表示，受中層雲系影響，全中部以北地區都有雨，南部也有零星降雨，這幾波冷空氣以來，今日白天溫度最低。此外，各地低溫皆在10度以上，是今年入冬後輻射冷卻造成的影響。明日南方水氣消失、東北風減弱，因此天氣恢復成迎風面有雨，包括北海岸、東半部，氣溫方面北部稍稍回升，中南部回升較多，但清晨還是冷。

週三晚間將會有另一波東北風來襲，週四起有弱冷空氣南下，週五（31日）、週六（1日）受冷空氣影響氣溫會將下降，台北市低溫將會達到13度，高溫18度至19度；不過，這波冷空氣較乾，所夾帶的水氣較少，且強度較弱。

此外，吳德榮指出，跨年夜的氣溫將會受到冷空氣影響，但沒有比目前這波冷空氣強，因此不會像今（27）日一樣冷，但當天晚上各地低溫將會達到13度至15度，還是請民眾注意保暖；另外由於水氣較少，只有東半部有雨，因此提醒想要迎曙光的民眾，要盡量躲開東半部。
