ultimate cheese pasta

Make the Dip first (http://www.cookinglight.com/food/recipe-finder/low-cal-dips-spreads/print?print)


1/2 cup (4 ounces) cream cheese 
1/4 cup buttermilk (yogurt and milk)
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind (i use 1 t lemon juice)
1/4 teaspoon salt 
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 
small garlic clove, minced
add in chopped celery 



Saute onion and mushroom, add in minced garlic, and vegetables 
add splash of pasta water if needed during the process of tenderizing
add in couple teaspoons of milk or water and add a slice of cheese (cheddar,  swiss...)
when the cheese melted it will be thicken  then add in the noodles and 1-2 T of celery dip
season with salt and pepper
