Coffee flavor cake I (Meringue cake + condensed milk mousse)

Cake

-4 egg white beat with 80g sugar, hard peak
-4 egg yorks beat with 20g sugar, lemon color, add in 68g flour (I
put10g egg york powder)

One strip egg white, one stripe of egg york mixture
180c 55 mins , anohter 15 mins for only upper heat

The egg york mixture turned out so wet, its pretty obvious that the flour is not enough.. its like water, In the end, all of them just flow to the bottom of the pan..

So, I just baked the meringue until its very brown and crispy on the surface


Mousse
-1 can condensed milk
1/3 cup cocoa (optional)
3T butter
4 ts coffee + 4ts hot water (origionally its 2)
1T geltine powder (which is not in the origional recipe)

cook in low heat, cool

-2 cups whipped cream , beat until stiff
gradually fold in chocolate mixture
