品種：Grenache 葛納許 90%、Syrah 席哈 5%、其他5%，平均樹齡85年。全部人工採收，去梗前再由人工塞篩選。平均年產量2,500~3,000L/公頃（波爾多AOC標準5,000L/公頃）。
口感：極美麗的深寶石紅酒色，酒質優雅細緻均衡，甜美的果香表達出教皇新堡風土、圓潤的胡椒、梅子、肉桂、甜椒、櫻桃酒的豐富風味，口感飽滿、寬廣、具有豪華感如絲的單寧，並有悠長的終感，非常適合搭配高檔料理及單品。

Robert Parker-92:Darker ruby in color than the regular bottling, the2003 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Alexis Establet, which is primarilyGrenache aged in foudres with a touch of some smaller old barrels,displays distinctive allspice and cinnamon notes intermixed with groundpepper, garrigue, kirsch liqueur, plum, and even some blacker fruits.The wine is full-bodied, broad, and expansive, with a huge mouthfeel,silky tannins, and a stunningly long finish.
