品種：60%平均樹齡75歲的 Grenache 葛納許、40% 平均樹齡45歲的Syrah 希哈，人工採收。平均年產量2,500~3,000L/公頃（波爾多AOC標準5,000L/公頃）
口感：香氣雅緻，具有高雅的紅莓果香氣、黑加侖、帶有煙燻味的熟草莓，以及菸草香氣。口感有力飽滿，具有蘋果、香草、丁香、甘草氣息，口感極為平衡。

Robert Parker-90:This powerful wine is seriously endowed, somewhatold-style Chateauneuf du Papes made from a vineyard in the southernpart of the appellation on the road leading into Chateauneuf du Pape tothe rather drab town of Sorgues.   Earth, seaweed, underbrush, spicebox, and meaty animal notes interwoven with kirsch and black raspberryjump from the glass of the deep plum/ruby-colored 2003 Chateauneuf duPape Cuvee Jumille. This is a spicy, aromatic wine that is ratherflamboyant, exuberant, and full-bodied with loads of alcohol andglycerin. Drink it over the next 8-10 years.Wine Advocate #163 

The 2003 vintage has a lovely red colour with bright Indian ink tints.The nose is refined and elegant with aromas of red fruit, blackcurrant, crushed strawberries with smoky notes of white tobacco. In themouth, powerful, pleasant with aromas of apple crisp, vanilla, cloveand liquorice.Well-balanced. A long finish.Best between 2005 and 2010.
