《錦囊》按揉合谷、太陽、風池穴 暫緩解頭痛症狀
頭痛是常見的毛病，但是也令人感到相當困擾。
專家看法
執業中醫師楊淑媚昨日表示，傳統中醫認為，頭痛可能代表嚴重或潛在疾病的徵兆，也可能是器官出毛病所發出的警告訊號，因此，當症狀發生時民眾應找醫師檢查，畢竟頭痛原因有很多種，患者需要醫師幫忙找出來。此外，經常受到頭痛所困擾的人，可以改變飲食習慣減少發生頭痛的機會。
若是臨時頭痛不舒服的話，可以按揉穴位暫時緩解，比如按揉合谷、太陽、風池等穴位，倘若依舊遲遲無法改善，建議就醫診治比較好。
穴道位置
1.合谷穴：位在兩手拇指、食指合攏後肌肉隆起處。
2.太陽穴：位在眉梢與眼尾間，向後約一橫指的凹陷處。
3.風池穴：位在耳後與頸部上緣連線之中間凹陷處，佈滿血管、神經，建議不宜受到久壓或重壓。
飲食習慣
1.有些食物可能提高誘發頭痛的機會，比如粗糧、堅果等，以及過度加工的食品，因此，常常頭痛的人應少吃這方面的食物。
2.咖啡早已融入民眾的生活飲食，很多人都愛喝咖啡，有些人一天還會喝到三杯以上，殊不知，過量飲用咖啡的話，很容易刺激神經系統，而且喝咖啡還可能養成上癮的習慣，一旦不喝的話就可能誘發偏頭痛，加上容易干擾到正常睡眠時間，所以咖啡還是少喝一點比較好。
3.乳酪中含有某些成分，容易誘發頭痛，喜歡吃漢堡的人千萬要小心裡面的乳酪。
4.生冷類食物也可誘發偏頭痛，特別是民眾進行激烈運動後或待在較高溫度的環境下，應小心避開生冷類食物，避免為了享受美食反而引起頭部不舒服。
5.動物性脂肪誘發偏頭痛，佔全部食物因素約五成左右，所以民眾最好適度控制攝取動物性脂肪，有助減少偏頭痛發作機會。
