大部分的人擔心履歷不好看，通常不會頻繁換工作。近日，就有一名網友表示自己非常苦惱，自己已經換了很多工作，但最近有新工作的邀約，卻不知道到底該不該去。

原po卻有比較深的擔憂「可是這樣我一年內至少換了五間，好像會讓履歷非常不好看，所以很猶豫要不要跳槽，家人都建議我繼續這間公司待下去不要再換了，但又怕以後沒有這個機會很可惜……請問有過來人可以建議我嗎？畢業一年換太多工作是不是真的不好？」
文章一出，就引起網友熱議「上了就去啊，差6000耶」、「工作越換越好有什麼關係，公司錄取妳就是肯定妳的能力」、「幹嘛跟薪水過不去，都上了不去是傻了嗎？而且外商應該也早知道你一年內待過四間公司，他們有在意嗎？沒有嘛，那想那麼多幹嘛？一個月多6000，年薪是多7.2萬耶，不去才真的會後悔」、「你為什麼不選擇跳槽，然後做久一點有喜歡就穩定在這間就好」、「薪水往上爬呀！這是企圖心、上進心，哪裡不好了，短時間內這樣攀升很厲害，有能力的人，又還年輕，去吧！」、「你都已經四間了，再多一間好像也沒差多少」、「重點是你流動率這麼高還能一直錄取新的，你的履歷應該美到發光」。
