針對總統府發言人陳以信要求台北市長柯文哲儘快移送馬英九總統，讓司法公平調查大巨蛋案一事，台北市長柯文哲今天(13日)上午回應表示，處理此事不要意氣之爭，大巨蛋案仍應按照程序正義走完，該怎麼辦就怎麼辦。
台北市政府廉政透明委員會調查大巨蛋案後，建議將馬英九總統移送法務部，總統府發言人陳以信12日反擊指出，如果台北市長柯文哲真的認為馬總統有罪，就請柯文哲儘快移送偵辦，讓司法進行公平、公正、合法的調查。
柯文哲13日上午受訪時回應表示，一切依循程序正義進行，他說：『(原音)還是按照程序正義走完，這也不是一種意氣之爭的時候，該怎麼辦就怎麼辦。』
媒體追問，總統府要求柯文哲需負起應有的政治與法律責任，柯文哲嘆了一口氣之後表示，「反正該怎麼辦就怎麼辦」，就按照程序正義、把程序走完。
柯文哲競選市長時的總幹事姚立明批評柯文哲處理「松菸文創案」搞密會協商，並提醒柯文哲不要私下喬事，不然跟馬英九總統擔任市長時處理大巨蛋案有何不同。柯文哲13日回應時仍強調自己「公開透明」，因為他的行程與協商目標等內容都有事先公布，所以他與富邦及誠品負責人見面不是密會，是「公開透明的會」。
