二二八屠殺事件：【臺北市】美國政府能置身事外嗎？

三月八日，全臺屠殺開始

三月八日開始，在中國大陸被日本軍隊打得「落花流水」、「落荒而逃」、躲在山區裡頭的中國殘兵敗將們，挾持著他們受了八年日本的「烏龜王八氣」，把這些「烏龜王八氣」帶到臺灣來，血洗毫無武器的臺灣人，在臺灣開始大開殺戒，屠殺手無寸鐵的臺灣人民，充充「戰場上」的英雄好漢？致使臺灣到處血肉橫飛、血流成河，血腥氣籠罩整個臺灣的天空，天空上的「朵朵紅雲」，不再綺麗、不再舒適，不再賞心悅目，因為「每朵紅雲」，都帶著濃濃的、血淋淋的冤氣、怒氣、怨氣、恨入骨髓之氣，血腥撲鼻直衝天際，直衝九天雲霄，直入神聖仙佛：佛祖（釋迦牟尼佛）、上帝、玉皇大帝、、、等的宮殿，衪們這些神聖仙佛，完全知道。

臺北圓山油庫事件

三月八日晚上，在臺北的「忠義服務隊」的學生們，共有一百多名，路經圓山橋附近時，遭遇到這群「中國的縮頭烏龜部隊」，（與日本軍隊打戰時，他們確是：「縮頭烏龜部隊」），此時，這些學生們手無寸鐵，「中國的縮頭烏龜部隊」竟對這群學生開槍，手無寸鐵的學生一百多名，全部罹難。

學生死後，全數被拖到「圓山油庫前廣場」（圓山油庫位置在今舊臺北動物園及臺北市立美術館附近）。

此時，監察員楊亮功來臺視察「二二八事件」，臺灣警備總司令部司令柯遠芬，竟然有樣學樣（學蔣介石）的「指鹿為馬」、「顛倒是非」，指著這些學生屍體說：

「監察員！你看！這些都是臺灣暴徒，殺死的「國軍弟兄」的屍體。」

楊亮功也不是省油的燈，他看看死者的「臉」，都還「稚氣未脫」，穿著是學生的樣子，他用拐杖一撥外套，裡面的學生制服口袋上，清清楚楚繡著「臺北商業」三年級的學號。

這下當場出醜、柯遠芬立即「當機立斷」，並且「當頭棒喝」，掏出手槍指著楊亮功監察員，對著楊亮功監察員威脅說：「你知道應該如何處理吧！」

楊亮功監察員在柯遠芬手槍的威脅下，只好依著柯遠芬的意思，寫著公告：

「政府公告：三月八日清晨，Ｘ名暴徒打死Ｘ百名國軍、、、下面署名楊亮功監察員。」

 

三月十日，陳儀再度宣布戒嚴：清鄉開始

蔣介石相信陳儀的報告後，派兵增援陳儀，畢竟陳儀有聽他的交代，在臺灣聲稱：臺灣已經因「開羅宣言」規定，回歸中國懷抱；並且將十月二十五日，訂為「臺灣光復節」；同時將臺灣盛產的白米、糖、鹽、、、等物資，運回中國，資助國軍、、、，因此認為陳儀是可靠的，派兵支援。

就在三月八日，中國蔣介石的援軍一到基隆港，馬上登陸，立即展開屠殺，見以下各地的二二八事件；而在臺北，陳儀再度宣布全臺灣戒嚴，並宣布「二二八事件處理委員會」為叛亂組織，展開了全臺的恐怖「清鄉」行動。

陳儀一面以廣播電臺廣播：「臺灣同胞！昨天我宣布戒嚴，請告訴大家，我完全是為了保護你們、、、你們不要聽信奸人的謠言、、、。」

另一面卻放任這些「中國土匪兵」到處燒殺淫掠，在「牛埔仔」十幾戶人家，全部殺光，並搜刮財物。

 

依據當時的國外媒體報導：「中國軍隊自三月七日起，連三日瘋狂屠殺手無寸鐵的無辜百姓及民主人士，據估計有超過一萬人死於槍下。」

上述報導見《阮美姝監修，漫話二二八》，光只是三天就有超過一萬人被殺害。
