Contemporary Art on the frontier island

The name of the island is” Turtle Hill Island”,
Used to be a military area,
Only the local fishmen can board and live.
As time goes by,
Situation changes,
Locals moved out, so were the soliders.
Only the KwaIn Goddess Statue stays on the far side of the lake,
Wishing peace in her lowing hands.
The abandoned island was lonely again,
The twingled rope were the Contemporary Art being randomly wrapped
Maybe nobody knows the meaning
But, at least, it makes you thinking
”Woo,What is its meaning at all???”
