加冕

（自己的加冕＿水彩）

想念能夠自由自在出國的日子

最常想起的就是北海道一望無際的白雪

尤其更偏遠一點的郊區

人蹤滅絕剩下自己

安靜得只聽見風聲與呼吸

還有大地正在凝結的滋滋聲響

踏在極凍土上

寒霜般的氣息從腳心遞進心窩

那種冷能夠關掉過多日常感官

心跳與地脈貼近 徹底地沈澱下來

與自然界合為一體 分不出界線

 

生活在擁擠的地方總讓人無法如此平心靜氣

不過我又想著

會不會 這是一種發掘內心的機會

正因日常的不滿

而一次又一次的脫逃

依靠短暫的抽離讓自己歸零

上天看破了這樣的計畫

要讓我們正視自己並且無法逃開

我們的生活方式不該一次又一次的推託妥協

或是對許多事情視而不見

靠著外力來麻痺心裡小小的聲音

為何不把生活本身變成一種殿堂

為何家鄉不能成為善居樂業的地方

就像思念遠方那片潔淨草原或樹林

讓生命四周圍繞著家園

而不是一座一座的資產

或是商業的消耗

改善自己與家鄉的相處模式

我想這是必然要走的路

隔壁廚房總是香噴噴的？

太著意反而增加負能量？
不用去冰天雪地，去家附近泳池的深水區，慢慢讓池水滲滿全身，閉上雙眼，你會感覺到水跟你的感情。前提是，不要著涼感冒～～～😆

這幾天我跟泳池又死灰復燃，好像不妥，舊情復燃？
愛火重燃？唉，水火不相容，如魚得水！對了！哈哈！真的很奇妙的感覺，知己又會，儘在不言中。

我，不會游泳
聽你這樣說，我開始想像沈進池底，讓水阻隔耳膜與空氣，但我應該會選擇陽光燦爛的日子，與水中的光影折射靜處。
不過我想，30秒就會呼吸困難了吧？😅

沒有叫你整個人躲進水裏吧，讓水把你包圍你投降就好辦。我今天二十分鐘一哩。陽光普照，藍水晶盈，但隔道的外婆比我游得更好！好羞愧！她說她以前是校隊的，這邊疫情好轉後才又開始游泳。🙃🥲我的花敏感今天很厲害，流流流不完的鼻淚。

我想應該跟淺水依樣道理吧，這樣耳朵才能靜靜！
有陽光的地方都是天堂，會游泳的人真厲害。
春天的花很美，今年櫻花開得特別燦爛粉嫩，應該是前陣子很冷，突然又連日溫暖！
我今天也跟風賞了花。
