I just find out that I didn’t write any diary for a long long time.
Seems that everyday is quite busy. Or.. we just make ourselves busy
4.9.2003 Thursday
let me think what I hv done that day
I deal with my course problem and also go around the campus all the days.
In the afternoon, I joined the BBQ by the ISXO outside ISC. I met Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese, german etc there. We are all exchanged student.
We had hot dog, burger, sushi etc.. it’s cool
5.9.2003 Friday
We joined the campus tour by the new college in the morning.
Then we went to the king’s circle to see the club promotion
There are a lot of clubs. The club promotion here is different from hong kong.
Also there are some Chinese societies.
Then we joined the BBQ by the ISC. This time, we also met the international students who study degree or graduate school.
After that, I and jacky went out with the Korean.. it’s so fun.
6.9.2003 Saturday
it’s my first time to try the subway in downtown. It’s ok. No matter where you go, the transportation fee is the same.
We went shopping. IKEA, Pacific mall, wal-mark etc..
And after that I have dinner with sally in 89 chestnut. Haha. The meal plan here is not as good as mine.
7.9.2003 Sunday
this day is COOL~~~!!
We have a tour in downtown of TORONTO….
Yeah yeah~~
We just like tourism
First, we went to the CN tower… it’s so nice….
It’s the tallest tower among the world
Although it’s a bit expensive, we still go up the tower..
We took a lot of photos.
On the tower, we can see other residence New college… so happy..
We spent a long time in the tower…I also like to see how the CN tower was built. I am very excited about that…
I really want to hv a chance to participate in this kind of big project in the future.
Then we had lunch together in a nice restaurant.
Afterward, We went to the Centre Island. Luckily, my friend told us before, so we got the ferry at a cheaper price coz we didn’t join the tour and just go there by ourselves.
The scene here is soooo nice……………………
Soooooooo great.
I also see the Lake Ontario….cool…
8.9.2003 Monday
School starts….
It’s my first day of school.
The courses are ok.. ai.. don’t want to talk anymore about course.
Hehe..
I also made my ISIC (internation student card) it’s cool
9.9.2003 Tuesday
One special things:
I sit in a ECO358 H1F Financial Economics. HAHA it’s a 300 series Eco course… it’s a senior class which people really major in economics.
Haha… So happy. I can understand it….so excited.. I found out that eco is not difficult.
At night, we chatted till very late…hehe.

好耐無寫lu.
本來打算寫本用手寫的日記
但.. 最後都無mood寫lu....
都係打篇網上日記..
可以俾大家睇下...
今年終於搞好我的course arrangement了..
唔知之後仲要唔要再搞..去左好多次ISXO( International Student Office)
真係好麻煩..
而家.. 都無咩engineering的course可以讀到..
唉... 是但啦...
聽說這裡的workload好大..希望無事...
好似無寫過我的meal plan..
meal plan比想像之中好好多
我地的dinning room有好多不同的食物..
幾多選擇..
自助餐...
可以吃不同的東西,飲品
lunch和dinner也有ice-cream...
cake..等等..
也很好吃..
很幸運..
好像比科大的食物健康和好吃..
下午的時候參加了exchange office的orientation.
見到其他exchange的人..
e... 我無講過tim..
我隔離房的女仔係CU人.. 一樣來exchange
仲有她的朋友.. hku.. 也是exchange的..
有個陪都幾好.無咁悶

I still dealing with my course problem now..
seems that it will be alright. but i think i need to go to the student exchange office again tmw
oh.. yes.. i should write more about my life in toronto now.
My room is a single room in Wilson Hall of New College. It's quite big.. it is even larger than RM340. And it's a room for my own. The Hall is quite big that it takes some time to walk to the common room
I think it’s larger than Hall 4 but all rooms are single rooms.
Last night, we had our first floor meeting in the common room. My floor is Carr Whitton.
First, all gals were in a circle to introduce ourselves. We also had a floor committee who are senior student. Most of my floormates are freahmen and major in Art and Science. There is one funny thing that nearly all the people who are in Art and Science Faulty want to be a doctor. Coz in Canada, it needs a first degree to study medical school. So Funny.. all people want to be doctor.
This week is “Flrosh Week”. It is just the same as orientation week in Hong Kong. They have a different school culture here.
Just one special thing I would like to mention. For Engineering students, they painted themselves as purple…there is a lot of purple people around the campus.
Last night, we also have a party in my Hall. Just like pub night, we can get a drink and there is a DJ giving out party music. People dance and dance all the nights…

I moved in Wilson Hall of New College this morning.
It's a single room quite big.
umum.. i am really soooo tired now..
so... i will write more later...
just want to inform you all that i am fine now.. don't worry

I am @ Toronto now~~
arrived safely.~
I am in my relative's house now.
and will move in my hall on 1/9 (labour day)
Hope everything will be fine.
The weather here is a bit cooler than hk. but quite comfortable.
Today, I went to a shopping mall with my relatives.
It just simply like I was in hk. Everything is the same and i even can buy all the things in hong kong here.
o.. I don't feel i am not in hk. i even don't need to speak any english when i stay with my relative.
i can watch cantonese tv too~
oh.. then .. how can i learn a better english here.
However, everything will change once i move in the university.
Hope my poor english can still help me to alive in the University....
Now, i just simply hope that i can get online as soon as i move in my hall.
But seems that i hv to do some registration first..

明天便離開香港了..
現在的心情..
竟然沒有什麼特別.
行季.. 欠的只是我的電腦..
帶了很多東西去...
應該帶的也帶了..
希望沒有什麼忘記了
