yummy spaghetti.

here are what u'll need to make some simple yet mouth watering kind-of-italian food.

for 3 ppls.

dry spaghetti (allow 50~75 grams per person)
a can of peeled tomatos.
fresh tomatoes.
onions.
mushrooms.
garlic.
chilli.
fresh rosemary, mixed herbs.
ketchup, salt, to season.
matured cheddar cheese.
pine nut
extra virgin olive oil.

first, pour a generous amount olive oil in to a big pan.
throw in the pine nuts, cook until slightly golden, transfer the nuts to a spare plate.
fry the chopped garlic, chilli, onion, mushroom together.
empty the canned tomato into the pan, add the herbs, bring to boil, then leave to simmer.
cook the dry spaghetti in a separet pot, with a tea spoon of salt and a spoonful of olive oil. when cooked, drain well and toss into the pan. stir well.

serve on plate, with grated cheese and pine nuts on top.

make sure u toss the spaghetti with the cheese well b4 start eating.
