在Notting Hill聽過男聲Ronan Keating的版本已經超級喜歡，在酒店西餐廳實習時不經意聽到女聲ALISON KRAUSS原來又有另一番滋味，這支歌就伴著站在Bar桌後沖咖啡及Clean Dishware的我完成最後這個星期Food & Beverage的實習。

好苦啊，抹到手都……，算了算了；哈哈，但也真的學到不少東西，特別是聽到Guest說：「You are very kind; Oh, the coffee is very very nice…」真是超高興（雖然咖啡是咖啡機弄出來的…），相信這算是工作的無形動力吧。

時間會流動，辛苦的不願意的不能接受的都總會過去；或許，就是在這過程中學會更加Tough去面對事情。

我知道，人會變，事會變，很多東西都很難保留，Promise經常都不能真的Promise，ever﹑never及forever之間經常擦身而過；我能抓住甚麼？我甚麼都不能抓住，但，我還是這麼相信的走下去。
