新北市汐止區謬姓養生館老闆，疑與張姓男子有債務糾紛，本月初張男找來黃男等人幫忙討債，先持摺疊刀押走謬男，再強逼他簽下欠條；警方獲報後不敢大意，隨即組成專案小組，迅速比對出嫌犯身分，2小時內內救出謬男，全案訊後依依妨害自由等罪嫌移送法辦。
汐止分局表示，本月1日晚間時分，勤務中心接獲養生館員工報案，指出謬姓老闆遭人擄走，隨即派員趕赴現場，並調閱監視器畫面以車追人，鎖定黃男等人犯案後，遂在同興路及福德二路口進行攔截圍捕，一舉逮捕黃、高2名嫌犯，並救出被人挾持的謬男，還查扣彈簧刀2把、本票、借據及欠條等證物。
謬男向警方表示，他向張男借款20萬元，但對方利息過高，他逐漸無力負擔，還不出錢才被押走；張男等人則說，20萬元是用來投資在養生館，並非謬男積欠的款項，也沒有重利問題，但他與謬男發生投資糾紛，才會找人跟對方商談，警方訊後張男等人依妨害自由、重利等罪嫌移送法辦。
