新北市2022年度「青年租金補貼」已於11月30日截止受理，新北市城鄉發展局7日表示，今年度總申請件數為1,556件，預計於12月底完成審查，明年1月下旬以通知審查結果並開始核發補助，審查合格的申請人將獲得最長補貼12個月，每月3,500至6,000元的租金補貼。
新北市城鄉局表示，今年度青年租金補貼民眾申請相當踴躍，本次公告辦理 1,270名，分別為單身900名、新婚100名、育（孕）有未成年子女（胎兒）1或2人220名、育（孕）有未成年子女（胎兒）3人以上50名。
符合單身、新婚未滿2年或育（孕）有未成年子女（胎兒）的家庭組成條件，經審查符合資格者可享有（1）單身3,500元（2）新婚4,500元（3）育（孕）有未成年子女（胎兒）1或2人5,000元（4） 育（孕）有未成年子女（胎兒）3人以上6,000元。
中央300億租金補貼 12月再啟申請
除此之外，內政部也於1日宣布，為擴大對經濟弱勢族群的居住支持，將再次開放300億元擴大租金補貼申請，申請時間為12月5日上午9點到12月30日下午5點止，但對象只限經濟或社會弱勢戶，無論申請時有無租賃契約，都可提出申請。
