 多特瑞至今(2018)已成立十年了，加入多特瑞的會員大多是因為優良的產品(精油及週邊相關精油產品與營養保健品)，大多是消費者，繼而成為愛用者、分享者與經營者，你可以向大家提供你使用精油的知識、經驗或推廣產品，協助他們成為會員並教育、教導他們想了解的、解決他們遇到的問題(讓身心各方面變的更好)。你可以在任何你想要的地方建立一個團隊。

該如何開始多特瑞?(聰明選擇，投資自己的身心健康最值得！)

消費者：學習產品如何使用並體驗產品能帶給你的效益、改變。(建議選擇好的入會介紹人、團隊以便享有更多學習、教導以便妥善利用用公司提供的資源、服務)。

分享者、經營者可把你的重點集中在誰最需要產品可解決他的困擾、尋找一起經營團隊的夥伴。各國市場會從過渡時期的GAC(國際會員)再到OTG(各國成立分公司)，所以多特瑞的國際精油市場規模一直在全球各地發展。

If you have contacts in other markets, you can assist them by giving them an oil experience
and then sharing additional education. Start there and continue to create value and answer
questions. The door is open for you to build a team anywhere you would like. Be wise about where you focus your efforts. Focus in on who needs the product the most as well as markets where sharers and builders might experience the most success. Open or NFR markets are typically the best areas to focus. Countries consistently transition from Global Access to NFR and then to OTG, so this list will be evolving.
