（路透倫敦16日電）根據若干民間初期預估，德國帶頭接納來自發生戰亂中東地區的數十萬移民，在接下來2年內，恐將花費其國庫數百億歐元。

率先公布相關數字的日本瑞穗銀行（Mizuho Bank）今天指出，德國1年接納多達100萬難民，接下來2年間，可能要花費250億歐元（282.5億美元）。

瑞穗銀行資深策略師查特維爾（Peter Chatwell）告訴路透社，這是以每位移民1萬2500歐元為基礎作計算，部份多出來的開支很可能需更多的借貸支應。

「至少在前2年會形成財務重擔，德國政府不會出現赤字，但需推出較寬鬆的財政政策，因此會發行較預期更多的債券。」

接納移民的短期支出，可能藉人口成長長期促進經濟成長獲得補足。人口成長其中可能大多是有技術、及相對便宜的勞工。
