電線杆頂端，滴滴答答，不斷有液體往下漏，往前仔細看，才發現竟然是「油」。
記者黃瀞瑩：「在汐萬路三段，有民眾發現這根電線杆上面的變壓器，在12日早上七點多，是突然『爆炸』，沒多久之後竟然開始出現漏油的情形。」
停在旁邊的休旅車，無辜被油「強迫洗車」，附近鄰居就在聽到聲響後，變壓器開始滴油，也怕碰到路邊丟菸蒂，可能引發火勢。
原來和前一天，汐止區停電有關，橫單斷裂後，造成熔絲鏈開關故障，變壓器外殼破損，才會漏油，台電強調絕緣油屬於中性無害，當天也緊急修補後換新
附近居民：「漏油很嚴重的時候，他們有來鋪設木屑。」
HORN ANTENNA CALIBRATION
1.) The dual-polarization (HQ-Series or HR-Series) antenna has an electronic switch that may simultaneously test horizontal and vertical or +-45deg polarization, as well as a couple that can test circular polarization.

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. 台電回應用電量高，溫度過熱導致油從變壓器縫隙流出來，已經派人換新，另外在基隆地板上的人孔蓋，出現特殊情形。
附近居民：「好可怕哦。」
鐵蓋不斷抖動，感覺隨時要炸開，原來社區進行新舊管線送水測試，就怕壓力過大，排氣閥蓋爆炸，請包商緊急來放水。

自來水包商：「今天最主要的工程，就是廢除舊管，舊管原本在漏，現在新管已經銜接好了，舊管就先暫時廢除，到時候等加壓站那邊整個銜接完。」
好險緊急處理後，安全無虞，不過恐怖景象，也讓居民冒冷汗。
