【微波食譜】烤馬鈴薯

Microwave Baked Potato 微波烤馬鈴薯

"If you want the yummy taste of nice slowly baked potato, but aren't patient enough, or don't have the know how to bake it in an oven, well this is for you. Give it twelve minutes, get a mouth watering, taste bud-tingling treat." Original recipe yield: 1 serving.


INGREDIENTS:

* 1 large russet potato 大馬鈴薯一顆
* 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 一茶匙 butter
* 3 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese 三茶匙起司
* 1 cup salt and pepper to taste 鹽、胡椒
* 3 teaspoons sour cream 三茶匙酸 cream

DIRECTIONS:

1. Scrub the potato, and prick several time with the tines of a fork. Place on a plate.
馬鈴薯洗淨,用叉子戳一些洞。置於盤內。

2. Cook on full power in the microwave for 5 minutes. Turn over, and continue to cook for 5 more minutes. When the potato is soft, remove from the microwave, and cut in half lengthwise.
強微波5分鐘,翻面,再5分鐘。變軟後,取出,縱向剖半。

3. Season with salt and pepper, and mash up the inside a little using a fork. Top the open sides with butter and 2 tablespoons of cheese. Return to the microwave, and cook for about 1 minute to melt the cheese.
以鹽巴、胡椒調味,以叉子戳碎。擺上 butter 跟2湯匙起司。微波1分鐘,讓起司溶化。

4. Top with remaining cheese and sour cream, and serve.
擺上多餘的起司、酸 cream。
