宜蘭縣羅東鎮忠孝路、民生路口十六日上午發生一起車禍，一輛自小客車不明原因，在民生路沿途追撞一輛機車、一輛小貨車，並波及到一輛自小客車，小貨車、機車翻覆，駕駛、騎士二人輕微擦挫傷送醫，肇事車輛離開現場，但遭警方攔下，警方將車上的王姓駕駛，依肇事逃逸、公共危險等罪嫌偵辦。
據了解，十六日上午十時多，王男駕駛自小客車不明原因在羅東鎮民生路擦撞機車、小貨車、自小客車三輛，造成小貨車與機車翻覆、駕駛與騎士輕微擦挫傷送醫。
王男之後在羅東警分局外遭警方攔下逮捕，當時整輛車還冒煙，王男被依現行犯逮捕，王男聲稱開車時精神不濟，沿路撞到多台車輛，警方搜查車上沒有不法物品，但有棍棒。依肇事逃逸、公共危險等罪偵辦。
